Congratulations!
We are sending August packing and welcoming the cooler air of temperature September.
Since our room is a humid nightmare it can't happen soon enough.  It was great  meeting with everyone at SEP's.  Our year is off to a great start.  We have done all of our pretesting, learned the rules of our class, made new friends, and done tons of writing.  I can tell it's going to be AWESOME!
This month we will be learning about Utah's landforms and making salt dough maps. Don't forget to study spelling nightly, read for 30-40 minutes and practice our math facts.

WELCOME TO PERRYDISE 2012!
I am so excited to be starting a new year with 24 amazing new students!
I've gotten my list and checked it twice and I'm pretty sure I have the best fourth grade at RMES.
I can't wait for the first day of school to meet all of you.  We will be doing lots of writing and assessments this week as well as getting to know each other.  I know we will all be tired from doing all that brainwork so I'll be sure to throw in lots of fun stuff to make it bearable.  Be thinking about what you would like to accomplish this year.  What do you want to learn?  Be better at?   What can you teach our class? I hope you're excited to make new friends and learn all about Utah and the pioneers.  School starts at 9:00.
